National Agendas identify and act upon activities at the state level to provide a much needed platform from which leaders can envisage the type of society that will concretely respond to their needs, reflect widely-held values, deliver measurable results, and restore citizen confidence. National-level activities will bring legitimacy, integrity, and identity to Forum Americas’ leaders as they work to form a new civic culture


ILFA Mission (May 2005) to the city of Bogotá. Meetings hosted by ILFA members from Colombia. Second Meeting of ILFA-Colombia Group in August 9th, 2005, with the presence of ILFA’s steering committee. Preparation and presentation of “Colombia 2020 Agenda”.



Mission (March 2005) hosted by ILFA Chile members as well as key board members, institutional partners and co-sponsors. Second preparatory mission (August 2005) hosted by ILFA Chile members to finalize details of the Americas 2020 Dialogue Process Agenda. An additional mission to the city of Santiago was made during the month of October by members of the ILFA steering committee in preparation for ILFA’s Launching Conference, to be held this year in Santiago de Chile (November 1-3 2005).
